· You have received a defective product
· There is an error in the product you received based on your order placed
· Delivery on business days from 10:00 am ~ 6:00 pm (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays)
· All products will be charged a Delivery Surcharged as shown on the product pages.
· If you have not received your delivery within 10 business days, you may contact our staff.
* If you wish to pay for your order through ATM deposit, if there is change, it will be delivered to you along with your shipment.
